When the Waitlist Is Not an Option

NYU Langone, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Weill Cornell Medicine, and Mount Sinai operate waitlists for new specialist appointments that typically run 8-16 weeks. For a principal arriving in New York from Geneva or Abu Dhabi who requires a second opinion on a cardiac diagnosis within the next five days, the standard process is inadequate. FFGR USA's medical concierge function provides what the standard process cannot: immediate access to the correct specialist through institutional relationships built over years of client service in this category.

Our Medical Network

FFGR USA maintains relationships with patient concierge coordinators and senior physicians at NYU Langone Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Mount Sinai Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery, and NewYork-Presbyterian. We do not route clients through emergency departments or general practice; we coordinate directly with the appropriate department for the clinical need. Cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, and reproductive medicine are our most-requested specialties.

Second Opinion Coordination

For principals carrying a diagnosis from an international institution — whether in Riyadh, Moscow, Singapore, or São Paulo — FFGR USA coordinates the complete second-opinion workflow: medical record translation (if required), record transfer to the New York institution, appointment scheduling with the appropriate department chief or attending physician, interpretation services if the principal does not communicate in English, and transportation to and from every appointment in a dedicated Maybach S680 or Bentley.

Medical Transport Standard

All FFGR medical transport vehicles are maintained to clinical cleanliness standards. Rear cabin surfaces are antimicrobial-treated between engagements; vehicles carry an onboard first response kit; chauffeurs are trained in basic life support (BLS) certification, renewed annually. For principals with mobility requirements, we coordinate vehicle configuration in advance. For post-procedure transport requiring reclined rear seating, our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive in medical configuration is available.
