Christie's and Sotheby's evening sales on Park Avenue represent the most visible layer of the New York art market. Below that surface — and significantly more valuable in aggregate — is a private market of gallery transactions, direct-from-studio acquisitions, and dealer-to-collector transfers that moves quietly and requires relationships that are not acquirable on demand. Gallery and Preview Access
Gagosian's preview dinners, Zwirner's collector evenings, Pace Gallery's private studio visits, and Hauser & Wirth's events are not open to general admission. FFGR USA's art concierge function facilitates introductions, manages RSVPs for invitation-only events, and coordinates the ground transportation that ensures your arrival at a private view is calibrated to the event's social arc — neither first nor last, but in the productive middle where the most consequential conversations happen.
Art Fair Programs: Frieze and The Armory Show
Frieze New York on Randall's Island (May) and The Armory Show at the Javits Center (March) both operate with significant pre-fair preview periods for collectors with gallery relationships. FFGR USA coordinates collector access to opening-night previews, manages the transportation logistics across multi-day fair programs, and provides a post-fair debrief with our cultural advisor on acquisitions made and opportunities pending. All art fair transport in New York uses the Rolls-Royce Ghost or Bentley Flying Spur.
Art Basel Miami Transport
Art Basel Miami Beach (December) is the most important art fair in the Americas and a natural extension of FFGR USA's service territory. We position a fleet in Miami for the full fair week, covering VIP opening on Tuesday through the public close on Sunday. The Miami Beach Convention Center's north entrance drop-off, the Untitled Art Fair on the beach, Scope Miami, and the gallery dinners on the Design District are all within our program for Art Basel week.
