Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

FFGR USA provides luxury ground transportation, private aviation coordination, helicopter charter, yacht charter, close protection, concierge, and event management services across the United States. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after written acknowledgment from FFGR USA via email or WhatsApp. Verbal requests are processed but require written confirmation to be binding. All quoted prices are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours before service: Full refund or credit
• 24–72 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: Full charge applies
• No-show: Full charge applies

Exceptions may apply for force majeure events, flight cancellations, or medical emergencies at FFGR USA's discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon confirmation unless a corporate account or alternative billing arrangement has been established. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency upon request. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding pick-up locations, flight details, passenger count, and any special requirements. FFGR USA is not responsible for delays or complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Vehicle & Chauffeur Standards

All vehicles in our fleet meet the highest standards of luxury, safety, and maintenance. Our chauffeurs are IFGR-certified, background-checked, NDA-bound, and professionally trained. FFGR USA reserves the right to substitute a vehicle or chauffeur of equal or superior standard.

7. Liability

FFGR USA maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance covering all operations. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from any service.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, itineraries, movements, and preferences are treated as strictly confidential. All FFGR USA personnel operate under Non-Disclosure Agreements. This confidentiality extends beyond the duration of the service engagement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New York City.
