Do you meet clients inside Logan Airport arrivals?
Yes. Your FFGR USA chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall at whichever Logan terminal your flight arrives: Terminal A, B, C, or E (international). Name board provided, luggage handled.
How long is the transfer from Logan to Beacon Hill?
Without traffic, Logan to Beacon Hill via the Sumner Tunnel takes approximately 10-15 minutes. During peak hours (5-7pm weekdays), allow 20-30 minutes via the Ted Williams Tunnel as an alternative. We adjust routing in real time.
Can you arrange hospital transfers to Mass General or Brigham?
Yes. Medical transfers to Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's, Dana-Farber, and Boston Children's Hospital are a significant part of our Boston operation. All vehicles are maintained to clinical cleanliness standards.
Do you cover Nantucket or Cape Cod arrivals?
We transfer clients from Logan to Hyannis (for Cape connections) and to the Nantucket ferry terminals in Hyannis. For direct Nantucket arrivals via Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK), we also coordinate ground transport from ACK.
