Art Basel Miami: One Week, Maximum Density
Art Basel Miami Beach in early December concentrates more UHNWI purchasing power per square mile than any comparable event in the Americas. The Miami Beach Convention Center is the nucleus, but the real transactions happen at the satellite fairs — Untitled, NADA, Context, Design Miami — and at private collector dinners in Star Island, Indian Creek, and the Faena District. Navigating between these venues in December Miami traffic without a dedicated driver is an operational failure.
The FFGR Art Basel Protocol
FFGR USA maintains a standing Art Basel operational team from December 4 through December 9 each year. Your dedicated chauffeur is briefed on every venue, every satellite fair location, and every major gallery opening schedule. We maintain a running itinerary that updates in real time as your plans evolve. If a collector dinner overruns, your chauffeur is at the door. If an acquisition requires a same-evening courier to your temporary storage at the hotel, we arrange it.
Gallery Circuit Routing
Our standard Art Basel circuit covers the main fair at MBCC, the Rubell Museum in Wynwood, the galleries on NW Second Avenue, Bal Harbour Shops (for Hublot and associated gallery events), the Faena Hotel corridor, and Coconut Grove collector residences. We have precise routing between all these points for every hour of the day, accounting for the notorious A1A and MacArthur Causeway delays during Art Week.
Fleet for Art Week
Our preferred vehicles for Art Basel are the Bentley Flying Spur (discreet, capacious, fast) and the Rolls-Royce Ghost. Both are available in standard and extended-wheelbase configuration. For groups of four to six, we deploy the Mercedes Sprinter Executive with individual captain seats. All vehicles are available for full-day hire starting at 7am through last departure.
