Shopping Without the Public
The most interesting things at Hermès are not on the shelves. The Birkin, the Kelly, the Constance — these are allocated, not displayed. Access requires a relationship, and a relationship requires time that most UHNWI do not have. FFGR USA's personal shopping service exists to close this gap. We maintain relationships with senior sales associates and private client managers at the key maisons on Madison Avenue, Rodeo Drive, and Bal Harbour — and we deploy those relationships on your behalf.
After-Hours Access
Madison Avenue after 7pm is a different experience. The stores are empty, the associates are undistracted, and the conversation is genuine. FFGR arranges private after-hours appointments at Chanel, Dior, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta upon request. For clients who prefer not to be observed selecting, this is the only way to shop.
Hard-to-Access Allocations
For Rolex Daytona, Patek Philippe Nautilus, AP Royal Oak, and Richard Mille — where retail allocation is invitation-only and waitlists span years — FFGR's watch concierge function within the personal shopping service addresses the secondary market and private seller network at provenance-guaranteed valuations. We do not speculate in watches; we source on your behalf at appropriate market rates with full documentation.
The FFGR Shopping Experience
Every personal shopping engagement begins with a brief — your wardrobe profile, upcoming events, and any specific acquisitions you have in mind. Your FFGR personal shopper then coordinates appointments, arranges transportation (Rolls-Royce Ghost is our preferred vehicle for shopping engagements — the loadspace is generous), and accompanies you through every appointment. Packages are delivered to your residence or hotel the same day. Alterations are coordinated directly with the maison's atelier.
