There is a category of client for whom the Rolls-Royce is too conspicuous and the standard executive sedan is insufficient. For this principal — the Fortune 100 CEO attending a Senate hearing, the sovereign wealth fund manager at a Midtown off-site, the tech founder arriving at a Valley all-hands — the Mercedes-Maybach S680 is the correct answer. It carries the full weight of the Mercedes-Benz engineering standard, elevated to Maybach specification, without the ceremonial gravity of a Goodwood flagship.

Technical Standard
The S680's 621-horsepower twin-turbocharged V12 is neither here nor there at highway speed — the relevant figure is the cabin noise level at 130 km/h, which is 49 decibels. Quieter than most residential bedrooms. The acoustic glass — double-paned, gas-filled — eliminates the urban environment entirely. Inside, the rear passengers exist in a sealed continuum of Nappa leather, open-pore walnut trim, and Burmester 4D spatial audio, which simulates a concert hall through twelve channels and four seat-integrated exciters.
The Chauffeur Package — standard on all FFGR Maybachs — adds executive rear seating with extended legroom, calf support rests, and an MBUX rear-cabin tablet for individual climate, audio and privacy shade control. The rear passenger does not need to speak to the driver to adjust their environment.
B7 Armored Configuration
For principals travelling with close protection requirements, our B7-armored Maybach S680 provides ballistic protection to the NATO STANAG 4569 Level 3B standard. Blast-protected floor, run-flat tyres, and intercom system between the rear cabin and the driver. The vehicle's appearance is externally identical to a standard Maybach — no visible armour additions, no heavy-duty suspension signals. This discretion is intentional.
