The Scottsdale Luxury Landscape
Scottsdale occupies a particular position in the American UHNWI geography: it is simultaneously one of the most accessible and one of the most private luxury markets in the country. The resort ecosystem — from the Four Seasons at Troon North to The Boulders in Carefree, Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain, and the Andaz Scottsdale — represents a concentration of ultra-luxury accommodation comparable to Aspen in winter season. And unlike Aspen, Scottsdale operates year-round, with distinct peak periods in winter, spring training, and the October–November shoulder season.
FFGR's Scottsdale Fleet
The Arizona environment shapes our fleet choices in Scottsdale. The Rolls-Royce Cullinan — with its all-wheel drive, air suspension, and elevated ride height — is our primary recommendation for resort transfers in North Scottsdale and the mountain communities above. For Paradise Valley estate transfers and city-to-resort movements, the Bentley Flying Spur and Maybach S680 operate with equivalent comfort on the valley roads. All vehicles are maintained with premium UV glass and interior climate pre-cooling for Arizona conditions.
Barrett-Jackson and the Arizona Event Circuit
Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale (January, WestWorld of Scottsdale) is one of the major UHNWI events in the American calendar — a week-long collector car auction that draws ownership groups, family offices, and collectors from every continent. FFGR provides the full Barrett-Jackson service: VIP preview evening transfers, featured lot day logistics, hospitality suite movements, and post-auction dinner coordination. Allocation for Barrett-Jackson week is limited — bookings open in November.
The broader Arizona event calendar includes the Phoenix Open golf (January, Scottsdale), the Waste Management Phoenix Open VIP hospitality circuit, the Scottsdale International Film Festival, and the Spring Training Cactus League circuit across multiple Scottsdale-area stadiums.
Sedona and the Day-Trip Circuit
Sedona — 90 minutes north on I-17 and AZ-179 — is among the most requested day-trip destinations from Scottsdale for FFGR clients. The Enchantment Resort at Boynton Canyon and L'Auberge de Sedona are full-day engagements for clients staying at a Scottsdale property. FFGR provides both one-way and return transfers, and for longer stays, a dedicated vehicle at the Sedona property throughout the visit.
