The Scale of Super Bowl Ground Transportation
The Super Bowl week is a corporate hospitality operation of extraordinary scale. Approximately 1 million visitors descend on the host city across the week — a significant fraction of them on corporate expense accounts that include private ground transportation. Fortune 500 companies hosting client entertainment in club suites, sky boxes, and NFL Experience activations require a ground transportation partner who can manage multiple executives across multiple venues across multiple days without a single failure. FFGR USA has executed Super Bowl programs for corporate clients since 2016.
The FFGR Super Bowl Task Force
FFGR USA positions a dedicated fleet of vehicles in the host city by the Tuesday before the game. Our Super Bowl fleet: Rolls-Royce Cullinan for CEO-level principals, Cadillac Escalade ESV and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive VIP for executive groups, Bentley Flying Spur for individual C-suite arrivals. Each vehicle has a dedicated chauffeur assigned for the week — the same driver for the same client across all seven days of the program, building operational familiarity rapidly.
Gameday Protocol
Gameday is the most complex operational day of the week. Stadium security perimeters extend 1-2 miles from the venue on gameday, with vehicle credentialing required to enter controlled zones. FFGR USA obtains the necessary parking credentials through the host NFL franchise's ground transportation program, ensuring our vehicles can access premium drop-off positions rather than the general public route 2 miles from the stadium entrance. Post-game departure is pre-planned: your vehicle is positioned for 0-15 minute post-final-whistle departure.
Corporate Program Pricing
Super Bowl corporate transportation programs are priced on a program basis. A typical 5-person executive delegation for 4 days (Friday through Monday) in Rolls-Royce and Escalade: from $28,000 all-inclusive. Full corporate accounts managing 10-50 executives across the week are priced on request. Contact FFGR USA by October for the following February's Super Bowl — inventory commitments for host cities are made that far in advance.
