Airport to Anchor: The Complete Transfer

For principals whose Miami engagement ends at the gangway of a crewed yacht, FFGR USA provides the complete logistics chain from aircraft door to vessel deck. We coordinate with your captain, your yacht manager, and your FBO (or commercial terminal team) to ensure zero-gap transition from land to water. A Bentley Flying Spur or Cadillac Escalade collects you from MIA Signature or the commercial terminal; your luggage is transferred directly to the yacht tender at the designated marina. You board. The tender is released.

Miami Marine Infrastructure

FFGR USA coordinates with all major Miami marina and tender launch points: Miami Beach Marina (Collins Avenue), Bayside Marina (downtown), Grove Harbour, Island Gardens Marina on Watson Island, and Coconut Grove Marina. For vessels anchored in Biscayne Bay, we coordinate private tender service directly. For vessels at the Port of Miami or Government Cut, we work with the port agent to facilitate streamlined boarding procedures.

Provisioning Coordination

For multi-day yacht charters initiated from Miami, FFGR's marine concierge team coordinates vessel provisioning through our relationships with Blue Marlin Provisioning, Paradise Yacht Management, and local specialty suppliers — Wynwood Brewing for craft beverages, La Mar for Peruvian-sourced provisions, and Joe's Stone Crab for the essential. Provisioning delivered to the marina, loaded before your arrival.

Bahamas Connection

For Nassau, Bimini, Eleuthera, and the Exumas: FFGR USA coordinates the full ground-to-tender chain including MIA departure, Bahamas customs document preparation, and arrival marina coordination. We work with Inter Island Airways, Tropic Ocean Airways, and Southern Air Charter for the MIA-Nassau and MIA-Bimini hops when private jet is not the client's preference for this short crossing.
