What is available to walk-in clientele at the Hermès flagship at Madison and 62nd is one thing. What is available to clients who have cultivated a relationship with a senior sales associate over multiple years of significant purchase history is another thing entirely. FFGR USA's personal shopping concierge does not replace those relationships — it facilitates their establishment and provides the operational infrastructure (transportation, appointment coordination, logistics) that makes the shopping experience frictionless from the moment a principal expresses an interest to the moment an acquisition is delivered to their suite.
Access Programs
Several of New York's major luxury houses maintain after-hours appointment programs for high-volume clients. These programs allow private shopping in the boutique after standard closing hours — typically from 6pm to 8pm — with dedicated staff, no other clients present, and the full inventory available for review including items not on the floor. FFGR USA facilitates access to these programs at Hermès, Chanel, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and several major watch dealers on 57th Street including Breguet and A. Lange & Söhne.
The Transport Element
Personal shopping in New York involves movement between multiple addresses: a hotel on the Upper East Side, Hermès on Madison, a lunch appointment at Le Bernardin, a watch appointment on 57th Street, and return. FFGR USA manages this routing as a logistics program — not a series of individual transfers. Your Rolls-Royce Ghost is with you throughout the day, positioned at each boutique's entrance rather than circling. Your purchases are handled by the chauffeur and stored in the vehicle's boot. At day's end, FFGR USA coordinates delivery of any items that exceed what the vehicle can carry to your hotel suite via a separate vehicle.
Bespoke Procurement
For items not available through boutique inventory — specific Hermès Kelly configurations, vintage Patek Philippe references, or contemporary art pieces through dealer relationship — FFGR USA's procurement function activates a network of dealers and private sellers in New York and, where necessary, in London, Paris, or Geneva.
