We provide private jet ground transportation across all major Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) in the United States — from Teterboro and Van Nuys to Opa-locka, Scottsdale and Aspen/Pitkin. Our vehicle pre-positioning ensures that when the stairs come down, your Rolls-Royce, Maybach or armored SUV is already there. Your driver is not in the lot — they are on the apron.

Teterboro Airport (TEB) — New York Metro
The gold standard for private jet arrivals into New York, Teterboro is where FFGR maintains the deepest operational infrastructure. We hold coordination agreements with Signature Aviation and Atlantic Aviation, the airport's two primary FBOs. Clients departing to Manhattan, the Hamptons or Connecticut are transferred directly from the aircraft stairs into their vehicle, bypassing all terminal interaction. Flight time from TEB to Midtown Manhattan: 25–40 minutes depending on route.
Van Nuys Airport (VNY) — Los Angeles
Van Nuys is the world's busiest general aviation airport and the primary private jet gateway for Los Angeles. FFGR provides tarmac transfers for clients arriving at Signature, Atlantic, Clay Lacy and AVFUEL facilities at VNY. Direct transfers to Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Malibu and downtown Los Angeles. Armored vehicle options available for principals with security requirements.
Opa-locka Executive Airport (OPF) — Miami
FFGR's preferred FBO gateway for Miami, Opa-locka provides faster vehicle egress than Miami International's FBO facilities. Transfers to Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables and Fisher Island are available within minutes of landing. For clients with yachts at Miami Beach Marina or Island Gardens Deep Harbour, we coordinate dock-side drop-offs.
Henderson Executive Airport (HND) — Las Vegas
Henderson Executive is consistently preferred by high-roller casino guests and entertainment-industry clients over McCarran International's FBO facilities. Faster off-ramp, more discreet access and seamless transfers to the Wynn, Bellagio and ARIA private entrances. FFGR maintains standing vehicle positions at Henderson throughout peak Las Vegas event periods.

FFGR provides private jet ground transportation at over 30 US FBOs, including Scottsdale (SDL) for Scottsdale and Phoenix, Aspen/Pitkin County (ASE) for ski season transfers, Palm Beach International (PBI) for Mar-a-Lago corridor clients, Chicago Midway (MDW) and DuPage Airport (DPA) for Chicago-area transfers, and Hanscom Field (BED) for Boston and Cambridge arrivals. For FBOs outside our standing network, FFGR can pre-position vehicles and personnel with 48-hour notice anywhere in the continental United States.
Luggage & Customs Coordination
For international arrivals at FBOs with CBP (Customs and Border Protection) on-site facilities — Teterboro, Van Nuys, Opa-locka, Dulles and others — FFGR coordinates in advance with your aircraft operator to prepare arrival documentation, expedite CBP processing and manage luggage transfer to the vehicle while clearance proceeds. The principal never stands at a counter waiting. The operation flows around them.
The FFGR Tarmac Protocol
Our standard FBO arrival protocol begins when your aircraft operator transmits an updated ETA. FFGR's operations center receives the ETA, confirms vehicle positioning with the on-site driver-protection officer and notifies the FBO operations desk of the planned apron position. When the aircraft parks, our officer is within 20 feet of the stairs. Luggage is collected by a second team member. The principal is escorted directly to the vehicle. Door-to-door elapsed time from touchdown: under 8 minutes at most FBOs.
For departures, FFGR coordinates vehicle arrival at the FBO to match the principal's planned boarding time, manages luggage check-in with the ground crew and confirms departure slot with the FBO operations desk. Our integration with your Private Chauffeur and Close Protection services means the transition from city to sky is as seamless as the reverse.
