For smaller events or corporate functions, 48 to 72 hours is typically sufficient. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability.
Yes, systematically. Our advance team liaises with event producers, venue security, PR representatives, and close protection officers before the evening. Vehicle credentialing, drop-off positioning, timing sequences, and contingency routes are all confirmed in advance — so nothing is improvised on the night.
Our chauffeurs assigned to formal events are dressed in black-tie or dark business attire as appropriate. They are briefed on media and photography protocols, NDA obligations, and red carpet choreography. Their role is invisible support — present when needed, discreet when not.
