We operate on the most-requested corridors: Manhattan to the Hamptons, Downtown LA to Malibu, Miami to Palm Beach, NYC to Jersey Shore, and LA to Catalina Island. Custom point-to-point routes are also available upon request — we coordinate helipad access at both ends.

Safety is non-negotiable. If weather conditions make flight unsafe or uncomfortable, we notify you immediately and arrange a premium ground alternative — your FFGR chauffeur vehicle is always on standby. No cancellation fees apply for weather-related changes.

Our standard helicopters accommodate 4 to 6 passengers depending on the aircraft selected. For larger groups, we coordinate multiple simultaneous flights or source an appropriate aircraft with extended capacity. All configurations are confirmed at booking.

Weight and volume limits apply given the nature of the aircraft. As a guide, soft bags of up to 20 lbs per passenger are typically accommodated. For golf clubs, ski equipment, or oversized luggage, we recommend using your FFGR ground vehicle for onward transport — fully coordinated.

We recommend 24 to 48 hours for standard routes, and 4 to 6 hours for urgent same-day requests when aircraft is available. For peak weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) in the Hamptons corridor, booking several days ahead is strongly advised.
