FFGR USA coordinates directly with the fixed-base operator (FBO) at each private aviation facility where we operate. Our system flags the aircraft's tail number against ADS-B tracking data from the moment it enters controlled US airspace. When the aircraft transitions from approach to short final, your FFGR chauffeur is positioned — not in the FBO parking lot, but at the agreed tarmac position negotiated with the FBO ground team. The client exits the aircraft and enters the vehicle within 90 seconds. The vehicle is moving toward the city before the aircraft's engines have fully spooled down.

Commercial Terminal Parallel
For principals arriving on commercial international flights — particularly at JFK Terminal 1 or 4 for international arrivals — FFGR USA deploys an airport representative to meet the principal at customs exit and escort them to the vehicle. The representative holds a discrete card and coordinates luggage handling. The vehicle is positioned in the arrivals lane with the chauffeur monitoring the terminal exit via text from the representative inside. Elapsed time from customs clearance to vehicle in motion: under 8 minutes on average.
The Vehicle Standard
FFGR USA's default vehicle for private aviation arrivals: Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended for single principals or couples. Rolls-Royce Cullinan for families or principals with significant luggage. Bentley Flying Spur for corporate arrivals where discretion is preferred. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive for parties of four or more. All vehicles are temperature-set, amenity-stocked, and connected before the aircraft lands. We do not begin preparing the vehicle when we see the aircraft on final approach. We begin when the flight plan is filed.
