What is the average drive time Manhattan to East Hampton on a summer Friday?
Without traffic, the corridor is 2h25. On a typical summer Friday departing between 14:00 and 17:00, expect 3h00–3h45 via the Long Island Expressway. Our chauffeurs monitor live traffic and switch to Sunrise Highway when the LIE is gridlocked. We do not promise specific arrival times we cannot meet — we share the live ETA continuously through the trip.
Do you coordinate planeside arrivals at East Hampton Airport (HTO)?
Yes. We position the vehicle in the HTO arrival lane, coordinate with the FBO ramp team, and meet you planeside. Average arrival-to-vehicle is under four minutes. The same protocol applies to clients arriving via BLADE or other Manhattan helicopter shuttle services.
Can you provide a standby vehicle in the village for the weekend?
